If the request fulfils the contract conditions and is accepted by the respective Upstalsboom hotel, you will receive a new reservation confirmation with the cheaper room or package price minus 10% by e-mail. Your first reservation with the higher price will be cancelled automatically.

If the request is not accepted by the respective Upstalsboom Hotel because one or more of the contract conditions are not fulfilled, you will receive the reason for this.

• The customer must present a booking confirmation for the best available room or package rate booked on our website.
• The room or package price found on another website must correspond in its conditions to the price of the respective Upstalsboom Hotel

In the event that the application for abest priceprice, the guaranteed lowest price will be applied to the final price resulting from the total price and not to the price of individual overnight stays.
